I’m a crazy, thirty-something, stressed-out Midwestern wife, mother of three, owner of a cottage-based, hand-crafted soap business, La Leche League leader, part-time tutor at the local community college, obsessive knitter (ask me about my latest sock project!), and I’m also a spinner. I’m a fan of the Beatles, Blue Moon beer, good wine, blue cheese and great coffee, but not all at the same time. I am addicted to Coast to Coast a.m. radio show, Facebook and chatting with friends online. I wish I could be addicted to working out or eating salad! Did I leave anything out? It’s a work in progress, but yep, handcrafted soap is a good thing.

Hi! I just bumped into your blog and I wanted to say that I really like your wordpress theme! It is so pretty! Also – we have some things in common. I love knitting socks and knitting in general. Though my girls are older now, I was very involved in LLL, I love coffee and I love scrapbooking. And I like blue cheese too! I don’t live in the midwest and I work for someone else’s yarnshop, but I too find myself bored out of my “freakin’” mind from time to time! Isn’t it crazy how you can be so busy and stress out and life filled to the max and bored at the same time? Maybe that’s why I’m so addicted to blogging now?
