Sophie looks like a doll. The more I read your blog…the more I realize we have many of the same illnesses.

Speaking of, did you happen to make it to the Midwest Weavers convention in Grinnell this year for a peek? Since it was just a few blocks away I visited the vendor fair. I totally understand you floor loom purchase now even though I have never had any weaving experience. I think, given the chance and time, weaving could be in my future too.

I have met Aletha–at a fiber guild meeting I went to eons ago with Secret Garden lady. I think she lives close to you??? She was extremely nice. She crocheted for like 2 hours with this hideous neon green acrylic yarn–said she makes outrageously colored items for her grandkids (or great grandkids?). Looks like you are already a weaver!! Way to go! Wish I could dive into things like you do and find success! Make me some placemats in the future, please?

Hey, an old fan, which you love!! That is too cool that all that stuff was in your attic…ummm, how long have you lived there again? Just kidding! Sort of…Our attic is full of broken toys from the previous owners and trash. We should really clean that out sometime!
